Description
Photo of a Lion’s mane jellyfish just hanging around in the water column. This specimen was encountered at the tail end of a very successful and nice dive.
A common sight in the sea during the Swedish summer months, this beauty can grow to more than 30 m in length. However be careful of its tentacles, as they can deliver a itchy sting, but nothing worse than a common stinging nettle would give you, so it is never a huge issue.
